• INTERNAL PARTS, REMOTE CONTROL & RECEIVER – 1 YEAR WARRANTY
• DC MOTOR – 5 YEARS WARRANTY

Free First Year Service:

* If a defect arises within the first year, NAMIFAN will resolve defects free of charge, by repairing or replacing parts or modules and this free service is valid to service work undertaken by NAMIFAN's technical team only.

* For services after the first year, user shall be liable to borne labor or on-site service cost.

Technical Support:

* A flat rate of Service Fee RM50 will be charged for each visit to your premises if the technical fault is found to be under your responsibility. (Price NOT Included Spare Part Charges)

* No Worries! NAMIFan's technicians will first make an assessment and inform you of the actual issue.

* The warranty card must be presented together with the purchase receipt at the time of service. Failing which the Alpha reserves the right to decline any warranty claims.
