Yes! We offer up to 3 years warranty on eligible products. Please check individual product pages for warranty details.

We thoroughly test all items before shipping to ensure they are in perfect working condition. If you receive a defective item upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping cost. However, for warranty claims, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including sending the item to us and receiving the replacement or repaired product.

We currently ship to Malaysia and Brunei. For Miri, only self-pickup is available.

Returns are subject to our company's sole discretion. For eligible products, you have up to 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. Products can only be exchanged for items of the same monetary value, and no cash refunds will be given.
